Services

Hackages provides engineering education: private workshops, corporate training programs, self-paced courses, webinars, and community events. Specific deliverables, dates, pricing, and cancellation terms are confirmed in your booking confirmation, proposal, or invoice.

Bookings and payments

Workshop and event bookings may be processed through Stripe or other payment providers. Corporate programs are typically confirmed via proposal and invoice. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact details (name, company, and email). Listed prices are excluding VAT. Belgian VAT (21%) is added at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

Public seats are dated services. The usual rule we apply, unless a proposal says otherwise:

• Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the first session day.
• 50% refund if you cancel 7 to 13 days before the first session day.
• No refund within 6 days of the first session, or for a no-show.
• You may transfer your seat to a colleague at no cost, up to the morning of the first session. Email 007@hackages.com with their name, company, and email.

If Hackages has to cancel or move a public date (trainer illness, venue closure, or similar), you choose a new date or a full refund. Stripe invoices stay the payment record. Email us and we process the refund on the original payment method.

Intellectual property

Course materials, slides, exercises, and branding remain the property of Hackages unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use materials for your team's internal learning under the license granted at purchase; you may not resell or publicly redistribute them without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a way that harms service availability, or use our materials for unlawful purposes.
